As a pickup parcel shop, the opening hours should be made more flexible. Since I work from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and have no one to pick up my package for me, I have to rely on the phone. The problem here is that the landline number is not assigned and the mobile number only gives a message. There is no email and I can't even confirm whether the package will stay there until Saturday so that I can pick it up.
