It is a great place for the repair of stuff and many other things, like money transfer Ria or Western Union. All in one place. The staff are great and friendly, which is rare in Berlin. I think, but I'm not sure, if you can copy keys at this point. So 5 stars without question.

The law of economics. Or: Grotesque encounter with locksmith Zack, who unfortunately is not at all on the ball: Before you can even express what you actually want, a big young blonde hectic person (without a Berlin accent, supposedly the owner) insists he has absolutely no time! So, feeling uncertain and in a hurry, I present my most important of three concerns: that I need a new key for the simple door lock I brought along. As if I had asked him to clean my toilet with his toothbrush, he hysterically snaps at me: FOR THAT he has no time right now. If he does, I would have to leave the lock behind, because he would have to SEARCH, and THAT could take a long time! What would that approximately cost? THAT depends on the length of the search. “Really now?” Yes, of course, he snaps at me: THAT is his job! “Searching for keys? I thought you make the key yourself!?” “Yes, I could do that, but you definitely wouldn’t want to pay for THAT!” “How long could this search take approximately?” “As I said: I can’t tell you that!” “One hour?” “Could be!” “And how much would you charge me for that?” Well, his hourly rate of course: (modest) 50 euros! – Since I still believe he is joking, I grin at him: “And what if you don’t find a matching key in that hour? Should I then pay 50 euros for nothing?!” Yes, of course! He has to live off something after all. – No joke: he means it dead serious!... I offer to come back later, when would that be convenient? In one or two hours – but THEN he would have to search too! So it would actually be irrelevant whether he searches now or later. And after he has then ranted about the negligence of his customers who do not properly maintain their locks, he casually and annoyedly adds how much cheaper it would also be to buy a new lock that only costs 10 euros... “Well, then I’ll take the new lock of course!” Why doesn’t he say that right away? While he searches in the back, and I wonder how much he will charge for this search, I discover a note on the wall behind me with the “law of economics”: it states that valuable things are not available for little money. Hmm. And on the other wall it says: “If you don’t want a break-in, go to Zack!” The new lock costs 15 euros. Whether it fits, he cannot say for sure. I make a second attempt: a sturdier key for my no-name chain lock, which serves me well, better certainly than all the junk from Abus. But for that too, the loud, excited, and emphatically reluctant brave craftsman would have to embark on an unavoidably expensive search again, so I forgo it. Having gained courage from the relief provided, I finally even present my third concern: I show him a photo of a door handle bolt, learn that it must be carefully knocked out, probably from the bottom up. For this tip, I award him a second star. And since he takes back the unsuitable lock without any fuss, even a third one. More is simply not possible.
