I had 2 car keys duplicated. I am very satisfied. Both lock. (Due to Corona, the shop would normally have been closed at 1 PM, but since I called on Monday, they waited specifically for me) that’s what I call service.

The biggest rip-off. According to my error description, a repair lock was ordered from another dealer. When it turned out that this was not the cause, I wanted to be fair and keep and pay for the item anyway. Since returning the still original packaged unused item was supposedly not possible either. Suddenly, however, I was supposed to pay over 350€ instead of about 200€ (which was also the deposit). The owner then agreed to a 50€ discount and said more was not possible. Bad for the company that the invoice was in the box. Over 100% profit for doing nothing is quite audacious. Staff on-site very nice but the audacity of the company is unmatched.

Very helpful, competent, trustworthy, and honest. I was helped immediately. In the blink of an eye, all locks were processed, and the contact person on site was even able to calm me down after I was totally cheated by another locksmith. Great service and the price is right!!!!!

I needed another key for a gate. Unfortunately, I always thought about it when the shop was not open. So I drove to the nearby hardware store at some point and could not be served there because they had the blank in stock, but the only employee who could cut keys no longer works there... After that, I paid a little more attention to the opening hours and simply stopped on my next pass. The shop was open, the man behind the counter was friendly, competent, and so fast that my wife, who I left in the car, assumed I had been here in vain again. Highly recommended!
