I called on Saturday evening around 9:30 PM and was on hold for 5 seconds, and the nice gentleman answered directly and introduced himself. He could immediately tell me the price for my door that was locked twice and gave me a fixed price that was correct in the end. I received a message about when he would come. 30-50 min. That was clear to me for a Saturday evening and completely fine. He arrived and did his work cleanly, quickly, and neatly. I am really very, very satisfied and would recommend the service to anyone. Super 👍🏻 really

Very nice person. I had to have a closed door opened. Although I had to wait a while, that was probably because previous appointments took longer. He kept me updated via WhatsApp about when he would be there. That was great. The door was opened in a minute and it remained at the previously agreed (and actually quite cheap for locksmiths) price. Definitely really fair overall.

Extremely friendly employee, just about 30 minutes after my call, the closed door was opened. Absolutely serious, the cost estimate came via WhatsApp, and I only had to pay exactly that price. Had to call a locksmith for my neighbor since she only speaks English. Had a very good experience, it was very quick, and the price for it being after 10 PM was very fair. The gentleman who got the door open was also very friendly :) 5/5 - "I would let my door fall shut again for this!"
