It is a great place for the repair of stuff and many other things, like money transfer Ria or Western Union. All in one place. The staff are great and friendly, which is rare in Berlin. I think, but I'm not sure, if you can copy keys at this point. So 5 stars without question.

I have already had them open an apartment twice. (I just have many clumsy friends ;)) Each time absolutely professional work and really friendly employees who also don't break anything unnecessarily. The prices were also absolutely reasonable and appropriate every time. Once it was even on the first Christmas holiday at 8:00 PM, yet: Friendly and reasonably priced, the prices communicated in advance over the phone are 100% adhered to and the technician does not make you feel stupid. I will hire them again and again.
