If you are looking for a trustworthy locksmith, you are in the right place. After my lock gave up, Security Technology Bober was able to help me quickly and at fair prices. The replacement of the lock also went smoothly. Friendly and competent employees, gladly again. Thank you very much.
Me Myself
The owner accidentally made a mailbox key for me in reverse. 30 minutes later I went back to the store to get a new key made. This was denied to me on the grounds that I had now presented him with a different key. It is one thing not to admit one's own mistake, but it is incomprehensible to portray the customer as a liar over such a trivial matter.

3 email inquiries went unanswered, then directly on-site the locking plan to create a replacement key for my lost key (front door and apartment key in one) was untraceable and finally I had to pay the postage for the registered mail to have my key sent to me (after the plan was found) myself (one key totals around 48 euros). I cannot understand why my property management works with bober Sicherheitstechnik. The one star is given because the employee (who unsuccessfully searched for the plan) tried in a friendly manner to find a solution. Response to the reaction to my review: Thank you for your feedback on my review. I can certainly understand that my honest words may hurt at first. However, I would wish that you see this as an opportunity instead of portraying me as a liar (the only email I received is the invoice). The approach of having the key sent to me (after I did not receive a key on-site because the locking plans were untraceable... so not my fault) was simply solution-oriented and should be understood as a gesture of goodwill so that no one has to personally bring me the key. Would you have charged me for that as well? I am not concerned about the nearly 10 euros, rather I would have been pleased if I, as a customer, had been positively surprised in this bumpy case, even though you can obviously be sure of your orders (due to, among other things, the contracts with the property management). For many people, including in the service sector and retail, it is a personal commitment to satisfy several thousand customers per day and find solutions that make the actual problem forgotten... Customer friendliness is a matter of the heart. I simply assume that you had a tiring and stressful week and usually neither comment on reviews like this (that has rather harmed the overall situation) nor have to compensate customers for your mistakes (e.g., untraceability of anything). At this point, I would also like to say again that the employee I met on-site really did a good job and that the rating absolutely only refers to bober Sicherheitstechnik.

Absolutely not a recommendable activity. When I wanted to bring the keys to get a copy, they were quite rude and eventually tried, in my interpretation, to commit fraud. When I paid (in cash, because they say that the terminal for card payments only works with EC, but it doesn't, because I tried it and it didn't work either!), they didn't give me a receipt (the cash register isn't even turned on and working!). When they called me to pick up the keys, they told me that I hadn't made the payment because there was no receipt. That's why they wanted me to pay again. Fortunately, I didn't get anxious and went home to think about what had happened that day when I picked up the keys. I also found the receipt for the €40 that I withdrew for the new key. I then went to the store and threatened the owner that I would inform the tax office if he asked me to pay at the cash register a second time. Miraculously, the owner found a written proof of payment (these people showed me as proof the fact that they write down transactions on a piece of paper like a cash register, which in other cases is a clear sign of tax evasion). I strongly advise you to avoid this company and turn to more reliable people. Of course, the owner will respond to this criticism by denying everything or trying to downplay the facts. Instead, it might be nice if he took responsibility and apologized, which he did not do at the time of the discussion. However, the following question arises for me: If I had paid again immediately when the owner asked me to, do you think that considering everything I have said so far, he would have been honest enough to call me at my phone number to inform me that I had paid twice and then refund me the money? I leave the answer to the reader.
