It is a great place for the repair of stuff and many other things, like money transfer Ria or Western Union. All in one place. The staff are great and friendly, which is rare in Berlin. I think, but I'm not sure, if you can copy keys at this point. So 5 stars without question.

My security lock was defective (key stuck in the lock) and the nice technician said he would clean it and then see if it works again. It worked, and when I asked him what it would cost, he said that was customer service and costs nothing. As a layman, he could have told me something about total loss and sold me a new lock on the side. Hats off to this shop. You can't complain, and I like to complain. Regards, Bernd Wagner
