Our mailbox lock needed to be replaced. Consultation over the phone and appointment was great, but the gentleman who came by was unbelievably unfriendly. Either he got up on the wrong side of the bed or just has the wrong job. Prices are stated net over the phone, which of course caused confusion on site as well. For good and friendly service, I am usually always willing to pay well and give tips. This time, the service really disappointed me, even though I usually have good experiences in the store itself. What a shame.

Mr. Lisowski was with us to take our wishes in order to later create an offer. After two months, we still did not have this. Upon inquiry, the very unfriendly lady on the phone replied that the travel distance was too far and that any other locksmith could take over the work. We would not receive an offer.
