It is a great place for the repair of stuff and many other things, like money transfer Ria or Western Union. All in one place. The staff are great and friendly, which is rare in Berlin. I think, but I'm not sure, if you can copy keys at this point. So 5 stars without question.

Very unfriendly greeting in the store by Mr. Maul. I had a concern with a sticking front door. The response was "I have no time, and if I do, I will do everything new." My explanation of the error was not addressed. No willingness to repair. I have never experienced such a dismissive attitude. A few years ago, I had the same issue with an employee of Mr. Maul, who resolved the door's sticking the next day. Unfortunately, the boss himself is too good for that.

Absolutely top service. I went there because of my girlfriend's docs and the sole was really badly torn. They immediately told me it couldn't be done and if it could, they would have to start over with the sole and remove the seam. I really wanted to keep the look since it was a birthday gift. After a short consideration, he told me he could still glue it without a guarantee. I must say ... I'm super satisfied. They are honest. They are competent and they try everything to help you. He was friendly, among other things, 12/10. I would definitely go there again! Thank you very much again :)
