At the beginning of December, the company HEKO quickly and easily oiled the lock of our front door. The technician noted and mentioned that "only the oiling" and the travel cost should be paid. We would gladly pay for "only the oiling" if it indeed took the 5-15 minutes that were actually required. However, one hour was billed. Quote from the employee during a phone complaint on 14.12.20: "A colleague was on the way for you and it cannot be billed by minutes in the system". Perhaps one should consider a different software solution to simply bill what is actually to be charged ;-) I find this approach inappropriate and not customer-oriented. Additionally, the customer does not receive a copy of the order, so there is no way to reconcile what was actually performed. Regardless, we settled the invoice and hope that fairness will increase again in the future.
