I wanted to use the service. However, I was told on the phone that this is only possible via email. Unfortunately. A telephone order acceptance is not possible. In order for a lock to be repaired, the customer needs internet. Sad!

I needed this locksmith service because I had forgotten my key in the apartment, and what I experienced had nothing to do with the reports one sometimes hears and sees on television about locksmith scams. On the phone, I had a nice and reassuring employee who also gave me an acceptable price and the waiting time. I immediately agreed. During my short waiting time, my sister called, to whom I mentioned my problem, and she asked me why I hadn't called her, as she has one in reserve. You just switch off your brain. I then called the locksmith service again and had the nice employee on the phone again. Then came the surprise. I canceled the service and didn't have to pay anything at all! My day was saved, and I was happy and satisfied with this outcome. I would like to say thank you once again.

Unfortunately, the lock cylinder of my lock broke. Went to the locksmith service with a key card and ordered a new one. OK, I didn't ask about the costs beforehand. When I received the new one, I needed an adrenaline shot from the doctor. €553.65 for a lock cylinder. A complaint to the management was fruitless, why would they deliver the lock for money....what does he want
