Went to the store in the afternoon and because the colleague was elsewhere, the store was temporarily closed and I was driven to my apartment nearby. On site, my door was opened quickly without leaving any damage. The price was mentioned beforehand and not increased further, the price was completely reasonable

This morning, the door closed with the key stuck inside. Great. I searched for locksmith services in Leipzig on Google and then looked at Maps for the nearby area. The company Schlüsselloch Klaus & Wagner is just one district away, the reviews are good, so I called them. I was lucky and reached someone even before the opening time of 9:00 AM. The price for the door opening was already mentioned to me on the phone. Perfect. Within 15 minutes, someone was there and opened my door. Thanks again for the hassle-free processing, the super quick and very good help, and the fair price!
