On the phone, I was already informed about the price, and the technician was on-site in no time. He couldn't open the door the easy way. He started drilling.... When I asked how much a new lock costs, he said 45 €. After about 2.5 hours of drilling, he gave up and informed his boss. The lock was ruined in the meantime. His boss came. And what a surprise: with the help of a plastic disc, the door opened after all. The destruction of the lock was completely unnecessary. Then came the bill: 85 € for the new lock!!! Within the 2.5 hours, the price had almost doubled. But I wonder, do I even have to pay for a new lock when the boss was able to open the door "the easy way"? Maybe I'll get an answer.
