I wanted to have a keychain engraved there: you have to pay in advance and then when I wanted to pick up the keychain, it was not findable... I was then told that the colleague might have it or already gave it away... I was a bit angry and came back a little later, and it was suddenly there again... It was then a keychain with a diamond, which I did not want. The engraving is also hardly legible, only recognizable from up close... But I didn't want to leave it there again because I needed it quickly as a gift.

The staff is very accommodating and strives to fulfill even last-minute alteration requests - in my case within a day. The result is top-notch and, in my opinion, reasonably priced. I will have my next alteration done here again.

If you value good work, you are exactly right here. My daughter's graduation dress was altered exactly according to her wishes. They took enough time for us and we were well advised.
