On Friday afternoon, the door handle in the company broke due to an overzealous forklift driver. To still be able to lock it, I went to the store for a quick solution. There, the problem was quickly assessed and I was sold the right spare part including installation tips for self-assembly. I also appreciated the offer to call in case anything went wrong during installation. Great service and problem solved. Price not more expensive than at Amaz..n, but with the feeling of being treated like a king as a customer.
