Very competent and friendly, previously agreed price, went super fast and without damage to the door! I had contacted two other "locksmith services" before, one stood me up, the other wanted to rip me off. Both were companies not from Lüneburg, sending technicians from somewhere who then charge very high prices. So definitely inform yourself well, read comments, and ask about the price beforehand to ensure that it's an honest locksmith service from the area!
