I wanted to have a keychain engraved there: you have to pay in advance and then when I wanted to pick up the keychain, it was not findable... I was then told that the colleague might have it or already gave it away... I was a bit angry and came back a little later, and it was suddenly there again... It was then a keychain with a diamond, which I did not want. The engraving is also hardly legible, only recognizable from up close... But I didn't want to leave it there again because I needed it quickly as a gift.

31.1.22 Boots should be completely resoled.. first only the heel.. on the 2nd visit, the shoe was not worked on.. 3rd visit: the shoemaker had to reorder material.. 4th visit the shoe was resoled.. at home I noticed that the insole was torn out with part of the heel... the boot was there for 7 weeks... and no apologies or anything.... at the same time my sister had similar problems with them... he has definitely lost me as a customer
