It took a very long time (1 hour) until the emergency service arrived, on the phone it was said 10 minutes and a maximum of €100. Then €171 were due although the door was open after 3 minutes.

I was very suspicious of locksmiths in general. You often hear about scams through the media. But I was taught better by Mr. Best and his nice colleague. I had already fiddled with the lock myself and broke 2 drill bits that were still stuck in the cylinder. The price mentioned on the phone was kept, despite it being Saturday evening until just before midnight and a duration of over 90 minutes. I am super satisfied and happy that it ultimately worked out.
