When I asked on the phone what costs I should expect, I was told that it couldn't be said exactly, it depends on what the technician finds on site. Even after I mentioned that I had just locked myself out, the question about the price was avoided. I was only given the indication that it generally costs "about 50 EUR" and for everything else, it depends on how long the technician takes. The good man had work of about 60 seconds and charged nearly 180 EUR for it. Biggest price driver: The travel time with 80 EUR, as supposedly 26 minutes each way were needed. As a customer, you absolutely cannot verify that, as you have no idea where the technician starts. Due to the completely opaque pricing and the avoidance of specific questions, you feel cheated.

It took a very long time (1 hour) for the emergency service to arrive, on the phone it was said to be 10 minutes and a maximum of 100 €. Then 171 € were due although the door was opened after 3 minutes.

Travel costs 20 euros per 15 minutes and of course they needed 20 minutes to get to me. So 40 € + 100% surcharge because I called after 6 PM. Same for departure costs! So far 180 € just for the trip to and from. The total bill came to 360 €, for 20 seconds of actual work. Did they say anything about the costs on the phone when I inquired? NO! Pure rip-off! Be careful!

On the phone, only flat rates are mentioned and no information is given about the surcharges. 340 € for forgetting the key inside the door on a Sunday. They do not respond to emails, and the invoice only provides a mobile number that goes to an emergency call center. No callbacks occur... Not recommended. In such cases, always ask for fixed prices over the phone.
