Very customer-friendly and fast locksmith service. We did not wait more than 30 minutes for the two gentlemen, and they expertly opened and replaced our very high-quality security lock, which had been damaged by vandalism, in no time. We have never seen anyone who knew so much about locks and locking systems. Absolute professionals! The price was also very accommodating and more than fair for 2 employees and the new lock.

I recommend you to steer clear of this store. You don't feel welcome. Despite a small repair, you can only pick it up the next day and the prices ... forget it!

Very poor service and rude!!! Statement: I won't do overtime for 20 euros! It was about 2 signs for a mailbox. I was there at 5:15 PM and the store closes at 6 PM. The company advertises immediate service, unfortunately not in practice. Better look for another store!

Quick and inexpensive battery replacement for my watch. Additionally, it was cleaned and sealed for free. Many consider it a given, but the fact that the watch was set correctly right away proves good service, thank you very much and see you next time :)
