I don't know if it is in the interest of the company if customers decide on a product. It is not possible to transfer this from one branch to another. This runs through the central office. Also, no solutions are sought to accommodate the customer. Is this too much to ask? It is strange that it works in another branch. There, one feels like a customer.

Large hardware store with free parking. Unfortunately, little staff to gather information. No mobile reception in the hardware store. Perhaps free Wi-Fi could also be provided for customers here.
