We bought new room keys there based on photos of the box lock, as we did not have an original key. If the keys had not fit, we could have returned them. Very nice and pleasant contact/advice.

I had a house key and an apartment key made there for just under €9 each. Neither of them worked. I then asked another company and they said that the blanks used are not made for this type of key at all. I would have expected that much expertise from a locksmith. Just frustrating.
