Never met such incompetent and uneducated people. I wanted to have my Ford car key duplicated. Since my father works in Rüsselsheim (assembly), he dropped it off. We actually live 150km away. Since I wanted to save a bit and the people initially seemed professional, I didn't think much of it. My car key was there for 2 weeks to be duplicated. When my father came home for the weekend, I immediately tried the new car key. It was way too long and way too wide - didn't fit. After 4!!!!! more attempts at duplication and four more weeks of waiting, it still doesn't fit in the ignition. Terrible work, what is going on with you?! We also don't get our money back. So dear people, sometimes it's worth spending more than less. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend you and it's not even worth one star!

Last night (10.08) I dropped off my things with the agreement that it would be ready tomorrow at 8:30, I have now been waiting for 35 minutes and no one is there, my call was answered with the words "I can't take care of that," he would be there in 10-15 minutes... I am still waiting even though the 15 minutes are already up! This is neither appreciative nor trustworthy nor service... I am extremely angry!!!! And, feel free to tell everyone, I won't go there again!

Contrary to some reviews, I have had very good experiences here so far. Friendly, good advice! The sole of my shoes was super renewed and another time I had a souvenir engraved, which also turned out really great.

Had a key made there, does not fit in the lock. Since I also did not receive a receipt when purchasing, I have no way to complain about the key. Apparently, this happens often with this locksmith, while my key was being made, another customer was also complaining...

The sole of the shoes I dropped off for repair was not properly glued anew, and when asked if they could re-glue them, they denied all responsibility. Please do not support, unless you want to receive defective goods back.
