Mr. Proz has saved many of my shoes. He also perfectly repaired one of my ice skates, where the sole had come off. Keys that I had duplicated do not stick and lock very well. A clear recommendation for Mr. Proz! Always very gladly!

Definitely NO recommendation! I had my boots repaired. It took much longer than discussed, which can happen, but it was not communicated properly, and I was treated highly unfriendly overall. After I was twice in vain to pick up in the store and now wanted my money and my shoes back, this was not possible because cancellation "was not possible." Apart from that, the repair is ultimately not a masterpiece for 35 euros!! There are many other commendable stores in Mainz that understand their craft and service!

A small shop with a very nice owner. I have been there often for battery changes of the watch, making a spare key, or shoe repair. Always very satisfied. Highly recommended!!!!
