Never met such incompetent and uneducated people. I wanted to have my Ford car key duplicated. Since my father works in Rüsselsheim (assembly), he dropped it off. We actually live 150 km away. Since I wanted to save a bit and the people initially seemed professional, I didn't think much of it. My car key was there for 2 weeks for duplication. When my father came home for the weekend, I immediately tried the new car key. It was way too long and way too wide - it didn't fit. After 4!!!!! more attempts at duplication and four more weeks of waiting, it still doesn't fit in the ignition. Terrible work, what is going on with you?! We also don't get our money back. So dear people, sometimes it's worth spending more than less. I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend you and it's not even worth one star!
