I was at the OBI store in Amberg to buy a board made of beech wood. At least I wanted to. There was a very young employee from the wood cutting department, unfortunately very very unfriendly, annoyed, and really sassy. He was really unfriendly. The desired cut wouldn't work, and the wood isn't there, even though he didn't even look and didn't know my request at all. I was really angry. I then called the OBI in Sulzbach. To see if they have wood cutting there. I spoke with a really very nice competent gentleman [Mr. Koid]. I then drove directly there, Mr. Koid from the wood department sawed my board or made the cut for me. I asked him beforehand if that would work, and he said, of course, why not. Why doesn't it work like that in Amberg? Mr. Koid is a really very nice, competent employee at OBI in Sulzbach. For me, it's clearly 5 stars for the service.

Brilliant! From the designer nameplate for the front door to new keys and the repair of broken heels, we always got exactly what we needed from the friendly "Mister Minit". Last summer, fearing the impending farewell, I brought my old motorcycle boots to "Mister Minit". He confidently said: "I will refurbish them, then you will enjoy them for a long time." Ha! The expert knows exactly how difficult it is for a woman to say goodbye to beloved shoes :-) Hopefully, he could save my boots... When I took a little tour a few days later, I was completely thrilled: The new soles stick to the asphalt - meaning when I have to stop, I stand absolutely securely with my 600cc moped.
