I am always very satisfied with this OBI hardware store. I have already purchased many different items myself. However, I must particularly highlight my consultation today. Specifically, Ms. BIEBL from the garden department gave me excellent advice. And even in an area that she does not actually oversee. In the end, this took nearly 40 minutes, and I was really very satisfied. Also with her own opinion on what she would do in my place. She at least deserves a coffee. Or the title "Employee of the Month" 😉😁

I called OBI today because I was looking for something specific. The employee on the phone was very friendly and even called me back a second time. Then I went there to pick up the goods, but they could not be found. Ms. Biebl, a young and very dedicated employee, searched until she found it. Thank you very much!!!

The INDOOR PLANTS SECTION is very small, with little selection, and the plants are partly very worn and infested with pests already visible in the store. That was disappointing. However, the employees get 10 out of 5 stars. Inevitably, I overheard a very loud (loud -> the customer) conversation. The employee had the patience of an angel and remained respectful, polite, and helpful the entire time. Respect to your employees 🌻
