I am always very satisfied with this OBI hardware store. I have already purchased many different items. However, I must particularly highlight my advice today. Specifically, Ms. BIEBL from the garden department provided me with excellent advice. And even in an area that she actually does not oversee. In the end, this took about 40 minutes, and I was really very satisfied. Also with her own opinion on what she would do in my place. She at least deserves a coffee. Or the title "Employee of the Month" 😉😁

The HOUSEPLANT SECTION is very small, with little selection, and the plants are partly very worn and infested with pests that were already visible in the store. That was disappointing. However, the employees get 10 out of 5 stars. Inevitably, I overheard a very loud (loud -> the customer) conversation. The employee had the patience of an angel and remained respectful, polite, and helpful the entire time. Respect to your employees 🌻
