Sorry, never again!! First, you search forever for an employee, find one (I think his name was Ralf (I heard) a newcomer from the East by his dialect) and then treated totally unfriendly!!! It was not his department, he couldn't help there.... but in such an arrogant manner without words!! I actually wanted to confront him about how he dared to speak so arrogantly to me, but as I found him, he was gone again!! Just left standing!!! Sorry, you shouldn't be treated like that as a customer!!!
