On a Saturday evening, our neighbor locked herself out of the apartment. The door had closed behind her. We live in Amberg and actually thought that one should be able to find a locksmith service there. Unfortunately, we were mistaken. Despite countless calls to various companies, either only the voicemail answered or we were told to wait until later. A hotline of a locksmith service informed us that someone would come - however, no one showed up. Even the PI Amberg could not help us here and could not provide a number. Eventually, we came across the company Rhein. The drive from Schwandorf was punctual at the agreed time. The locksmith opened the door quickly and without damage. The price was as agreed without additional costs. Simply perfect and without flaws. The employee was always friendly and courteous. The number will be saved as one unfortunately locks oneself out of the apartment faster than expected.

Best locksmith in the whole area. The gearbox of my security front door broke, and I couldn't open it with the key anymore; I was basically locked out on a weekend night. The first locksmith gave up after an hour and left unsuccessfully. The second locksmith called the boss after 30 minutes of fiddling. He wanted to show up with a cutting grinder and "cut" the door. However, only for 400 euros in advance, because he didn't trust whether one was solvent. I politely declined and then called the locksmith Rhein. He agreed with me in advance on a flat rate of 150 euros, which I find fair considering the weekend and night surcharge. In fact, he managed to open the door after 20 minutes. Tip top!

I was called back immediately after the first call. I'm glad I chose this locksmith. Friendly and very competent. On site within 45 minutes, and everything was done after 15 minutes. You can't complain about the price and in my opinion, it's very fair compared to other companies!!! I can recommend the company Rhein 100% without a guilty conscience. I hope I won't need this service again, but I'm glad to know that there are still such contacts in the area. Thank you very much!
