Mr. Zisopulos was on site within 20 minutes and opened the door for us in no time. Very professional and very friendly. Contrary to all the horror stories from the press and the internet (generally regarding locksmiths) a very (very) fair price. I can absolutely recommend Mr. Zisopulos.

I wanted to have a car key cut at the mentioned company today. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. There was a lady behind the counter who told me that she couldn't do it and her husband would come later. But they advertise a key express service. Okay, since I don't have all day, I left without having my issue resolved... I am not surprised at all that all the dealers in Sarstedt are slowly but surely disappearing. If you don't work customer-oriented, the customer will buy online. So did I. This order would have been cash in hand because I would have already delivered the blank. Thus cash in the pocket. The dealers in Sarstedt shouldn't be surprised that people buy online...
