I wanted to have a car key cut at the mentioned company today. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. There was a lady behind the counter who told me that she couldn't do it and her husband would come later. But they advertise a key express service. Okay, since I don't have all day, I left without having my issue resolved... I am not surprised at all that all the dealers in Sarstedt are slowly but surely disappearing. If you don't work customer-oriented, the customer will buy online. So did I. This order would have been cash in hand because I would have already delivered the blank. Thus cash in the pocket. The dealers in Sarstedt shouldn't be surprised that people buy online...

Front door key broken in the lock (on a Saturday). Mr. Schröder was there within half an hour and installed a replacement lock. After three days, a newly ordered lock was then installed. Super, fast, and really friendly service, with a good price-performance ratio. Absolutely recommendable!
