Saved my Saturday evening! Could have stayed at €150, but unfortunately the door could not be opened without damage! I saw it myself and it was absolutely understandable! So the cylinder had to come out and a new one had to be put in. For the day and time, I find that €250 (don't forget the call-out fee! I live in Bad Salzdetfurth) was painful and expensive, but absolutely fair!
