I wanted to have a car key cut at the mentioned company today. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. There was a lady behind the counter who told me that she couldn't do it and her husband would come later. But they advertise a key express service. Okay, since I don't have all day, I left without having my issue resolved... I am not surprised at all that all the dealers in Sarstedt are slowly but surely disappearing. If you don't work customer-oriented, the customer will buy online. So did I. This order would have been cash in hand because I would have already delivered the blank. Thus cash in the pocket. The dealers in Sarstedt shouldn't be surprised that people buy online...

Very, very friendly, I called around 9 PM and he was there within 15 minutes (Südstadt). Very good mood, and Mr. Stegert was able to quickly improve the mood on site. The door itself (that was closed) was opened within a few seconds without damage. The agreed price over the phone was great, comparatively cheap, and it remained that way, without hidden costs. Thank you very much again for saving our family's day!
