I was very suspicious of locksmiths in general. You often hear about scams through the media. But I was taught better by Mr. Best and his nice colleague. I had already fiddled with the lock myself and broke 2 drill bits that were still stuck in the cylinder. The price mentioned on the phone was kept, despite it being Saturday evening until just before midnight and a duration of over 90 minutes. I am super satisfied and happy that it ultimately worked out.

Honest good work at a great price. My mother stood at the door on Sunday evening, which was stuck and wouldn't open. Perfect service! Despite an old, and thus difficult to open door, it was open in a few minutes. I didn't have to pay any extra charge despite the late hour (already after 10:00 PM!), which is usually common in the industry. Mr. Semmler was also extremely competent and friendly.
