I wanted to have a keychain engraved there: you have to pay in advance and then when I wanted to pick up the keychain, it was not findable... I was then told that the colleague might have it or has already given it away... I was a bit angry and then came back a little later, and it was suddenly back... It was then a keychain with a diamond, which I did not want. The writing is also hardly legible, only recognizable from up close... But I also didn't feel like leaving it there again because I needed it quickly as a gift
