Unfortunately, I have to agree with Mrs. Zorn's review. I was here on Saturday at 10:00 and although it should have been open since 09:00, no one was there. I tried calling three times, but to no avail.

I have been here once before, everything was great professionally. But now I have gone twice in the morning at 9:30 in vain and stood in front of a locked door, even though the website states it opens at 8:30. No sign with opening hours, no note with current information (vacation, illness) on the window. It can happen that something comes up one day, but if you know it will take longer, then please put a note with information for the customers on the store! It's quite frustrating when you go out of your way before work and no one is there.

I got this store recommended by my janitor service. (Janitor of the Akelius building on Langen Reihe) Since I wanted to have a key duplicated a few days ago, I stopped by to inquire about the price. It was 7 or 8 euros. Very cheap and it went very, very quickly. I returned after 5 minutes and the key was already ready. Additionally, the employee was very friendly.
