We had very good experiences with the business. Called between 7-8 PM and they promptly answered the phone and were very quick on site. Since we had locked ourselves out. Pure rip-off! Absolute emergency, still waited a full hour. Working time not even three seconds. Still paid the full price of €178. This was a fixed price, I would have agreed. Of course, it was an EMERGENCY!!! A care-dependent grandmother had to be taken care of. No concessions whatsoever, thank you very much. NEVER AGAIN THIS LOCKSMITH!!!
