As long as there are no problems, it's fine. But I had to come back today with a key that didn't fit. Unfortunately, I received an unfriendly reaction, saying it was due to all sorts of things, just not him. A complaint would also not be possible. No - then I prefer to go back to BAUHAUS, where the key costs only 5 instead of 10 €, the service is friendly, and a complaint is no problem!

Fraud shop. I urgently needed to have a key made, the model had to be ordered and I had to pay for it in advance. 3 weeks later it has not arrived, I had to send the original and the employee did not want to refund me and said the ordered key would arrive "sometime". I have neither received my key nor my money back.

Poor customer service! I had two front door keys made. Unfortunately, the wrong blank was used. I live 600 km away and was supposed to bring these back. Not possible at that distance. Photos showing the size difference were not accepted even though they were requested as a basis for the complaint. Therefore, there will be no refund. What a pity!
