I needed help today on Friday around 7 PM because my profile cylinder of my door was no longer working... when we contacted the company Neumann, it was immediately said that help is only available for cash upon opening the door, the costs should be around 250 - 300€ .... The good man arrived on time... I would confirm the arrival and departure with 20 minutes each... work took about 15 minutes. The lock was milled out... good and well, a complete hour... the new cylinder was at my home .... therefore the good man had no material costs... in the end, the arrival and departure cost me 200 euros including work .... he knew what he was doing but for a few minutes of work in the evening ... and writing the invoice took longer than the work, I find that very overpriced... I wish the man all the best, I am grateful to him but he is taking advantage of people....
