Last year I had a doorbell sign engraved, it looks great and was a fair price. Prior good advice and several written proposals. Last weekend the front door key no longer worked. On the first call, the friendly customer service gave me a tip and told me a price. After an unsuccessful attempt to do it myself, the locksmith was on site after 20 minutes, and after another 15 minutes the door was opened without damage, after 30 minutes the door was readjusted (snaps back like new) and fitted with a new lock cylinder. Today I was again in the store for a duplicate key. The staff is friendly and well-trained. Clear recommendation in the RD area.

Burglary in a house in the Rendsburg area. Company Kraft was contacted remotely and tasked with replacing all locks. This was done promptly and smoothly after an on-site inspection. A special lock, electrically remote-controlled, was not repaired by the originally installing company, probably due to a lack of spare parts. We were able to obtain the technical data, and Mr. Basan sourced the lock after researching online. This follow-up order was also executed quickly and to everyone's satisfaction. I will hire Company Kraft again if further needs arise.

We had locked ourselves out at home. The door could not be opened with a hook, and the cylinder was drilled out and replaced directly. We are very satisfied with the work, and the pricing was transparent and fair.

We received friendly advice; the key for our VW T5.2 broke, and at VW the new key costs €250, but here it was only €25 in total, and the quality is just as good as the original. Thank you 👍
