I became aware of the locksmith service through an acquaintance and went there today on 8.6.2022. A very nice older gentleman with a lot of experience in this field of keys. He had a mailbox lock for me that is no longer sold or produced nowadays, and no hardware store has it. He only had that, and he also immediately knew which lock fits. He even made the keys extra. You can't find such professional quality anymore, not even in hardware stores. That's why I was very surprised and can only recommend him further, meaning if you want quality and professional quality, you must definitely go to him for top prices and top advice. We will now always buy from him, even for our company. I can only recommend him, Lennart Schleiffer.

I locked myself out: He was on site within 25 minutes, the price that was communicated/estimated over the phone was adhered to, the door is undamaged and open. The gentleman is friendly, I would recommend him with a clear conscience :)

I locked myself out of my apartment and called the locksmith. He was already there after 15-20 minutes. Very friendly and helpful! The door was open in a few minutes, without any damage. The price was, in contrast to other providers, very legitimate. Definitely recommendable!

I locked myself out yesterday. Through the company Neumann (which is unfortunately, or fortunately, on company vacation now), I got the number of Mr. Koch. Competent locksmith service, reachable, nice, polite, and funny. What more could you want in such a situation? Of course, it costs money, especially on Sunday evening, since it doesn't happen every day, I believe the price is reasonable. Personal experiences are lacking, but if you believe the internet, it could get much more expensive if you encounter the "wrong" people. I can only recommend this locksmith service and would call him again!
