I locked myself out of my apartment and called the locksmith. He was already there after 15-20 minutes. Very friendly and helpful! The door was open in a few minutes, without any damage. The price was, in contrast to other providers, very legitimate. Definitely recommendable!

I locked myself out yesterday. Through the company Neumann (which is unfortunately, or fortunately, on company vacation now), I got the number of Mr. Koch. After about 20 minutes, the saving angel was there and the door was suddenly open again. Thank you very much. (The 40 euros are a lesson for me 🙄) Mr. Koch is super nice. Highly recommendable. 👍👍👍

Competent locksmith service, reachable, nice, polite, and funny. What more could you want in such a situation? Of course, it costs money, especially on Sunday evening, since it doesn't happen every day, I believe the price is reasonable. Personal experiences are lacking, but if you believe the internet, it could get much more expensive if you encounter the "wrong" people. I can only recommend this locksmith service and would call him again!
