We, that is my wife and I, had a special request, namely to shorten a rocking chair for our kitchen by 6 cm because my wife is very short. We were not sure if the company would even take on this order, to our surprise they agreed. When we picked up the chair, we were totally surprised at how the employee managed it. The work was so perfect and for us incomprehensible how they did it so well, there was nothing left to see from the welding work. I call that quality and perfection. Pure German craftsmanship. It should be noted that it was brushed stainless steel.

The Koch locksmith shop is great, I needed 2 ramps for my mother-in-law for her wheelchair because she is disabled and relies on the wheelchair. Briefly explained, I was given some suggestions, super advice, very nice, I could pick it up after 2 hours, I am really excited about the work, everything fit, and the urgency that it was made immediately was super exciting. The price was great for a custom-made item, I would never have gotten that otherwise. I would like to thank you, and on behalf of the family, once again sincerely. Now my mother-in-law can take her battery cart out of the box by herself at 81. It's a shame that I can only give 5 stars here, as I would have liked to give 8 stars for humanity. Once again, a thousand thanks for everything to the Koch locksmith shop in Billstedt. I can warmly recommend the company with a clear conscience.
