Super nice staff, totally patient and understanding for every everyday chaotic person! When I wanted to print and bind my seminar paper this week, I was there a total of 3 times within 1 hour, each time for the same service (chaotic indeed). The guys there took care of everything super friendly each time and printed and bound the work of nearly 40 pages perfectly every time. The price is also absolutely justified and I will not visit any other store for my entire studies. And for the next key, I already have an address :)

12€ for 64 printed pages I find outrageous. The justification was that there were also colorful pages in between. However, red was printed as light blue on these "colorful pages". When you demand so much money for such a small quantity and quality, it is simply pathetic. I definitely cannot recommend this store.

Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star.... I needed a nameplate holder for a mailbox. I had brought a sample with me. First, it was said that it couldn't be from the mailbox I mentioned.... with little motivation, I was taken to the other end of the store. There were two of the six needed holders there. Totally scratched and dusty.... The price was supposed to be 13 euros each!? - I was able to order some online for €5.50 each. When I said that I didn't want the scratched holders and would prefer new ones, I was only told: "You don't have to buy anything here..." I left the store without a word. Sad to see this!

Very competent and large selection. From a technical point of view, 5 stars. However, a shopping experience with nice small talk is not to be had here. As good and professional as the work is, the reception and the 'sales talk' are quite grumpy and surly. Therefore, there is a one-star deduction in the attitude rating. Nevertheless, fully recommendable.

Very reputable and also very friendly locksmith service, who came in the evening. I had locked myself out because I left the house through the garage, which I couldn't get back into once it was closed. The key in question was stuck from the inside, had been turned twice, and had a break-in resistant lock. Actually, everything would have had to be drilled open. With a brilliant, albeit tedious trick, the locksmith was finally able to open the door without having to break anything. Super and highly recommended!

I locked myself out on a holiday and called there. All important information was directly requested over the phone, I was given a price that is really reasonable for a holiday. After a short wait, someone came and opened the door quickly and without causing any damage. Absolute recommendation!

An apartment door in the house wouldn't open anymore. We didn't have to wait long until an employee came and helped us quickly and competently. The lady on the phone as well as the employee on site were friendly and the price was fair too! I can only recommend it further!

24-hour service unfortunately not available... I called multiple times, always directly to the answering machine... I left a message and my number, but was never called back. Good thing I found another way into the building in the end, otherwise I could have slept outside...
