We stood in front of the door today (Saturday) evening, but the lock could no longer be turned. A call to DGS in Merzig and shortly thereafter Mr. Genduso was already with us. A few targeted moves later, the lock was already removed. Something had broken inside. What I particularly noticed positively is the calm approach, no hustle.
