I cannot confirm the last reviews. He was very friendly and explained the situation with my car key to me. The button on my car key was broken, and he installed the interior of the old key into a new casing...another new battery and everything worked again. Price-wise 👌...a new key from the car manufacturer would have cost me three times as much. Thank you for your great service.

Request: YAMAHA KEY duplication (without chip) During the first visit, he did not have the appropriate blank. During the second visit - after the waiting time, the blank was supposed to be there - the supplier was allegedly sick - blank still not in stock. Then inquired 2 times via email. Until today - 2 weeks later - not even a response, although I specifically requested a reply on how to proceed. Service accordingly super poor. Obviously no interest in serving the customer. So better go directly to the competitor... and save yourself the time, trouble, travel costs, etc.

When dropping off, they promise a lot, but when picking up, you only get trouble. First of all, they are late; it was supposed to be ready on Saturday, then on Monday, and Monday was still not ready as agreed. The soles are well made, so I can't complain about that, but the color was not refreshed as discussed, the edge of the sole is completely smeared, I can't clean it myself anymore, but the main thing is that they collected the money in advance despite not completing the work. I would not recommend it.
