I had several business dealings with the House for Security and was satisfied until then. However, with my private concern, a defective front door lock with multi-point locking, this was not the case at all. My defective component was handed over to the manager in September. When I inquired via WhatsApp in October, I was told that the replacement part would be "available shortly." After another inquiry via WhatsApp in December, I received no further feedback, so I called Mr. Beverungen. Again, I was told that the replacement part would arrive shortly. After being postponed once more in January, I ultimately went to the House for Security at the end of March and took my defective component back. Suddenly, it was said that the replacement part was not available at all. So I waited 6 months for nothing and had to chase after the information. Now I was at another locksmith and received the replacement part within a week. 1 star for this because the old component was still available and could be handed back.

Very competent and friendly service. Came at 11 PM to open our blocked door. After 1 hour the door was open again, and for 170€ you can't say anything, absolutely fair price. Thumbs up and thank you again.

This morning, I had a second key made for my Mazda 5 by Mr. Günver. Mr. Günver is a very competent and pleasant person. He provided me with excellent advice over the phone beforehand, so I could set off with a clear conscience. As discussed, Mr. Günver made my second key, which works wonderfully and I prefer its design and usability over the original key. And in the time it took to enjoy two cigarettes, my key was ready. I would like to thank Mr. Günver once again and highly recommend his excellent service to anyone in need of a key!

This locksmith service is neither competent nor serious. Anyone who takes 2.5 hours to open a closed, but not locked apartment door does not deserve the title of locksmith. This is a case for television. Beware of scams. The positive reviews are either fake or bought. It's strange that there are some reviews from people who have only written one review. And then suddenly at the same time. It stinks to high heaven. My opinion
