The offered EMERGENCY SERVICE 23-hour key emergency service 23/7 (365 days) reachable.... is meant as a joke or should be interpreted that Mr. Beverungen only comes when he feels like it. If someone locks themselves out on a Saturday evening, they should call somewhere else because no one will come out anymore. It must have been the 24th hour, as it says 23/7. Or it is meant that Mr. Beverungen is reachable but does not come. For that, he rightly deserves 1 star. Just remove the emergency service entry from your homepage because in an emergency, you are anything but a service.

I had several business dealings with the House for Security and was satisfied until then. However, with my private concern, a defective front door lock with multi-point locking, this was not the case at all. My defective component was handed over to the manager in September. When I inquired via WhatsApp in October, I was told that the replacement part would be "available shortly." After another inquiry via WhatsApp in December, I received no further feedback, so I called Mr. Beverungen. Again, I was told that the replacement part would arrive shortly. After being postponed once more in January, I ultimately went to the House for Security at the end of March and took my defective component back. Suddenly, it was said that the replacement part was not available at all. So I waited 6 months for nothing and had to chase after the information. Now I was at another locksmith and received the replacement part within a week. 1 star for this because the old component was still available and could be handed back.
