With my review, I can only make a statement about the reliability of the business. Actual work performance did not take place and is therefore not part of it! At the beginning of June, my wife and I went to the locksmith Pietruschka on recommendation to inquire about a gate between the garage and the house. We were thoroughly advised on materials and possibilities and were impressed by the professionally good advice. Together, a site visit was scheduled 14 days before the possible delivery date. About six weeks later, in mid-July, a staff member was on site to take measurements as agreed. Since that appointment, the company has voluntarily not contacted us anymore!! I have called multiple times with the office lady and the boss and have repeatedly heard that an offer was in the works and that I would receive it in the next few days. There was also no reaction to a final ultimatum. As a customer, I understand that a company tells me that it cannot make money with my project. I understand that the order books may be full for months. But I do not understand when this is not communicated to me and I am kept hanging for weeks.

The employees do not adhere to agreements and simply finish work whenever it suits them. After unfinished work, everything is left as it is, and it is claimed that there is a new appointment the next day. However, since internal communication does not work, this "appointment" does not exist, and one has to call afterwards. This company is definitely not recommendable.

The work result was always executed very well professionally and as agreed in advance. The accuracy of the workpieces even exceeds my requirements for a construction locksmith. Smaller, rather unprofitable orders were still produced promptly between the daily time-consuming large orders. The prices are very fair for the good quality and uncomplicated processing. The staff is always friendly and I receive competent advice.
