I stood in front of a closed store for 20 minutes, apparently the opening hours are incorrect or they simply don't feel like being there and working on Saturday during the specified opening hours from 9:30 AM to 1 PM. I have been here since 9:30 AM and neither by phone nor through the provided mobile number can anyone be reached, which is unprofessional. Being 5 minutes late is okay, but I have been here for 20 minutes now and it doesn't seem like anyone else is coming, no one is reachable in any way.

Hotte sold me a lock with 7 🔑. Anyone who needs anything related to door security, door locks, or similar is exactly right there. The guy is super super nice and also affordable. The quality of his goods is quite good. Oh, by the way: he also repairs shoes.
